Integra Investments has submitted a proposal to build a residential project called Biscayne Shores next to the Jockey Club. The property is located at 11295 Biscayne Boulevard and was formerly was the home of the Lear School.

A total of 380 residential units are planned. A 15-story tower will include three floors of parking screened with 11 townhomes. The upper 12 floors will have 264 apartments. The remaining 105 residential units within the community will be two-story townhomes located throughout the site. The project has been submitted to Miami-Dade’s Shoreline Review Committee. Deforma Studio is the architect.
